Who are we?

Kerry’s Kats and Kids is a non-profit, family-run foundation created in 2013 to honor the memory of our daughter, sister and aunt, Kerry Villa.  Kerry’s strong love for both children and animals, as well as her passion to help those in need ignited our quest to create this foundation in her name. As we continue to honor Kerry’s memory each year with event fundraisers, our goal is to provide financial assistance to children with medical needs as well as supporting neglected animals through donations to no kill animal shelters.

Mission

Kerry’s Kats and Kids was established with the goal of easing the financial burden facing families of children with medical needs.  Our foundation strives to support families battling childhood cancers as well as supporting the needs of families with children on the autism spectrum. Kerry’s Kats and Kids has also established an educational scholarship to support young adults who have chosen to pursue a career in the fields of nursing, veterinary medicine, and social work.

Our mission continues to be inspired by Kerry with our dedication to improving the lives of neglected cats and dogs.  Kerry’s Kats and Kids donates part of its proceeds to no-kill animal shelters in an effort to provide necessary veterinary care, and to find adoptive, loving homes for abandoned and abused animals.
